A love story between two chocolate lovers...
We are Gogbeu and Lydie, two chocolate enthusiasts. Our chocolate adventure began several years ago in Ivory Coast. Gogbeu was then director of a cocoa exporting cooperative of more than 2000 producers. Lydie worked for a cocoa exporting company. Together, we dreamed of helping build strong cooperatives and providing quality of life for cocoa producers.
In Montreal, we created Amango Cacao to help ensure fair and profitable treatment for producers. Our ambition is to buy directly from cooperatives or families of selected producers in order to offer very high quality chocolate to environmentally conscious consumers.
Rich and tasty, our milk-free chocolates delight consumers. Amango Cacao is a brand of Ivoire Cabosse Cacao inc.
